Good to you sir/madam I’m Leonardo T. Rolando from Philippine that I would like to apply in your company as 3rd engr.in offshore vessel(dredger)most of my experience in offshore. I started to work in cutter dredging as a welder/fitter under by holland company(HAM) which our project in taiwan after that the company transfer me in trail suction hopper dredging (TSHD) as the same position, our project in singapore. After two year I apply to another dredging company own by japanese(queen of penta ocean)I work more than seven years in that dredging company from fitter to engineer.As seaman I need to explore my self in commercial vessel world wide and I done with my experience in gen cargo, bulk, and container ship. Although the work in offshore are very hard than sailing vessel but I rarely like.
Thus, I would like to apply in your company base on my qualification and knowledge.
