Our Services

We provide recruitment services which means placing advertisements in major Philippine newspapers and internet job websites.
Collate all applications, conduct initial interviews, verify work experience and establish a database of applicants whose qualifications coincide with the clients’ requirements.
Arranges for different modes of selection under the following schemes.
Person to person interview. We will arrange excellent venues for the interviews usually at five-star hotels, at our expense.
Video conferencing. We will set the time, and date for the video conferencing interviews with prospective applicants. This can be done thru Yahoo messenger
Arrange telephone interviews. We will set the time when the applicant will be available for interviews.
Provides for the conduct of medical examinations and submission of police clearances, employer verification and submission of resumes, employment certifications and education documents like diploma and transcript of records, results of trade tests.
Processing if required of visa stamping in Embassies in the Philippines
Processing of exit passes a legal requirement for Filipino workers deployed overseas.
Conduct of pre-departure orientation seminars thru affiliate agencies, to brief workers on the culture and practices of the country where they will be deployed.

1.Job Title: R&D Engineer
Principal: MPCI Pte Ltd
Requirements:

35 years old below
Male only
Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering OR Computer Science
Minimum 3 years in R & D product testing OR in R & D product development preferably with some testing experiences in terms of hardware and software
Must have knowledge & skills in Product Development Cycle, Software(OS,Bios), Basic testing skills , Interpret simple Schematic
Must have strong technical writing skills, analytical skill & technical background and understand product specifications.
Good communication / Interpersonal skills. Able to relate technical issues / suggestions to the respective technical in-charge, operation team, project team, customer & supplier

2.Job Title: Staff Nurse

Requirements:

Not less than 2 years postgraduate in acute care hospital with at least 1 year in the assigned area of practice;
Advance clinical or, specialized skills may be required.

5. Job Title: Process Engineer

Qualifications:

35 years old below
Graduate in BS Chemical /Mechanical Engineering
Three year experience as Process Engineer in PCB photo-imaging process consisting of Surface treatment, hot roller or vacuum dry film lamination, UV & laser imaging machines, develop-etch-strip & AOI.
Experience working in Ibiden Company is an advantage.
Knowledgeable of SPC, DOE, FMEA and statistical analysis and problem solving techniques
General technical knowledge needed to understand content in equipment manual (setup, operating procedure & principle, adjustment, calibration, etc)
Self driven & motivated to achieve high performance standard.
Not allergic to chemicals
Analytical & systematic in problem solving
Good leadership/planning skills & team player

Responsibilities:

Drive AOI yield improvement
Trouble-shoot process/yield problem & work with relevant depts to resolve it effectively & timely
Prepare/ Maintain process documentation (Work instruction, FMEA & process/material change)
Prototype part spec review, processing & buyoff
Failure analysis of customer complaint & ICAR submission to QA
Continuous process yield improvement & process capability optimization

Other Duties:

New equipment commissioning & New material qualification
Cost reduction activities (process cycle time, material cost reduction)
Training of EA & Production staff on mfg equipment operation, PM & other related procedures
Review & dispose on hold WIP due to quality issue, with other MRB members

6. Job Title: Interior Designer

Requirements:

Two years relevant experience in residential Interior Decoration and able to work independently
Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
Proficient in Autocad, 3D Max , Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Ability to hand draw and render is an advantage.
Ability to organize, work independently and multi-task efficiently.
Ability to speak and write good English

7. Job Title: Test Technician

Client: Semi-conductor company
Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering
Four to five experience in electrical testing in industry equipment
Knowledge in process control system integration to electromechanical and robotic assemblies
Exposure to Robot debug and diagnostic is preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
Analytical and meticulous
Able to work independent
Trouble shooting skills
Experience to work in clean room environment

Responsibilities:

Testing the mechanical and electrical components of the machines
Test and troubleshoot PLC board equipment
Closely coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality control department
Checking the mechanical alignments and comply electrical test process by means of system software
