Qualification:

- Must have a deep understanding of mathematics, as well as a keen interest in teaching young people.
- Supervisory and leadership skills, time-management and administrative skills, excellent research skills, good written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, organizational and time-management skills, superb teaching skills, and ability to handle challenging behavior, motivate a group of kids and explain things as creative as possible.
- Should have a genuine interest in helping young people learn the science of math. Patience is necessary.
