Data Analyst reports into the Logistics Manager and is responsible for data analysis within the whole company.
Key duties include:
Analyzing sales information and identifying where revenues could potentially be increased.
Working on various projects in the logistics department to identify areas that could lead to increasing business.
Analyzing both existing and potential customer information and data to identify trends.
Prepare reports to evaluate performance in growth and sales.
Carrying out analysis on forecast sales and back orders.
The ideal candidate with have previous experience in an analytical / data research type role and preparing reports. Experience in engineering environment is not required but would be an advantage.
General Responsibility:
For collating a high level of data from suppliers, Sales Reps and Warehouse.
Processing this information into the company system accurately and efficiently.
Calling clients to check if there is any missing information or discrepancies.
Complete reports for company directors.
Attention to detail and ability to work on you own initiative are a must for this role. candidates who apply for this role, be advanced in use of PC and confident on Microsoft Excel.
A strong mathematics and technical background will set you apart from others applying for this role.
