Nursing Aides are deployed to work in hospital wards or nursing homes to look after the sick and disabled, while thousands of private domestic helpers and caregivers are assigned to the employer’s residences to perform their duties not just to take care of babies, children, the elderly and the sick but also to do basic household chores.
