1. Position: Scaffolding Supervisor
Location: United Arab Emirates

Qualifications:
College Graduate
Eight years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Shall implement the scaffolding activity as per ISO 9001:2008 QMS Scaffolding procedure.
Supervisor shall follow ISO 9001:2008 QMS Inspection Check list to certify the Scaffolding.
Shall have good knowledge of scaffolding tubes, Boards, couplers, joint pins, Base and sole plate and all other scaffolding accessories. shall have good knowledge of Scaff Build Techniques, Ladder specifications, Base Height Ratio, Guard rail Height, Toe Board, Loading classification.

2. Position: Mechanical Job Instructor
Location: United Arab Emirates
Vacancy: 3
Qualifications:
Professional Licensed Only
Ten years experience in Oil & Gas industry
Applicants must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
Experience in conducting OJT training
Good interpersonal skills; Must be computer literate.
Very good standard of written and spoken English Language, Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
To review and direct the supervisor and his team of daily maintenance schedules.
To supervise the verification of work orders received in MAXIMO (CMMMS) from operation and ensure that they have been scheduled according to their priorities and resources availability.
To prepare and issue 2-weekly planning schedule providing relevant information in MS-Project format interfaced with MAXIMO (CMMMS).
To generate, issue and follow up of Preventive Maintenance Monthly Plan for plant maintenance and issue Monthly PM Reports.
To coordinate with Shutdown Section the monitoring and analysis of major shutdown activities status on regular basis, and emphasizing to schedule/execute critical work in central and area maintenance which could have impact on timely completion of turnaround.
To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures
To prepare, compile and issue various reports (e.g., status reports, weekly & bi-weekly plans compliance reports, maintenance performance indices reports, PM backlogs and other statistical and benchmarking reports, etc.).
