Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-weighing and raw material preparation for SBD production
Ensure proper labeling of finished goods as well as update log sheets and move goods to warehouse.
Responsible for the smooth running or equipment in good condition and in a safe manner according to cGmp and GDP (Good Documentation Procedure) practices.
Ensure process operation or SBD is carried out per batch sheet
Check all tank levels (emulsion and feed tank) to ensure sufficient levels or raw material are in place for production.
Responsible for machine operation shutdown and startup procedures in accordance to batch sheet instructions.
Carry out good practices for waste disposal in accordance to cGmp and GDP procedures.
Responsible for carrying out routine sampling sequence and troubleshooting during operation.
Ensure all inventory (raw material) are sufficient for routine operation
Responsible for changing feed pumps, cleaning emulsion tank filters, replacing “O” rings when required as well as maintaining good housekeeping standings.
Performs compounding activities for production delivery, raw material checks as well as sample-taking for submission to Quality Control.
Use lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety procedures at the work place.

Main Activities/Tasks:
To operate silk screen, offset (GTO and KBA, Indigo printing machine, efficiently & safely).
To operate and setup Heidelberg SM-74 (4 or 5 colors) ink printing machine.
Set-up machine with raw materials input, process parameters, perform quality/physical checks to ensure specifications conformance & carry out machine operations.
Perform stipulated production documentation (e.g. update of JRS, auto-control forms after performing checks, checklist & worksheet, etc).
Constantly monitor machine performance & output conformance to specification to highlight shortfalls or defects/improvement ideas to enhance working environment to Coordinator &/or Engineer.
Perform rework of rejected units.
Maintain good 5S standard of workstation.
Perform material handling work on production floor.
Perform duties as assigned by Printing Line Leader.

Metal foaming including oxyacetylene or plasma cutting, drilling, punching, shearing, bending, grinding and rolling.
Tack welding is essential but GMAW, FCAW or GTAW skills in an advantage.
Must have an IELTS certificate with a band score of 5 in all categories.
Have a total band score of 4.5 can still apply.

Job Description:
Must have worked in large organizations either in the Philippines or overseas.
Experience in MIG, FCAW and TIG is a plus

Can read and understand Engineering drawings (Blueprint)
Must have average fabrication skills and be able to fabricate large structures to the nearest millimeter.
Must have experienced in using the following equipments; cut off saw, band saw, radial drill, Oxr acetylene cutting, angle grinder, FCAW machine ( 500 amperes or larger ).
MIG machine (350 ampere or larger) plasma cutting is a plus
Wekd must be continuous and subject to 100% x-ray testing
Must have IELTS passing score of 5 in all categories
